We are the controller of the personal data that you provide to FTEC, spol. s r.o. in connection with an existing or prospective business relationship.
We process only personal data obtained directly from you and do not obtain such data from third parties. Personal data typically includes your first and last name, the company you represent, your home or company address, the project location, email address and telephone number. We do not make automated decisions that affect you and do not create profiles using your personal data.
We use your personal data solely to negotiate, establish, perform and terminate a business relationship; for business communications; to comply with statutory obligations, particularly in tax and customs matters; and to protect the rights and legitimate interests of FTEC, spol. s r.o., including the exercise or defence of rights relating to defects, complaints and other claims.
FTEC, spol. s r.o. stores and processes your personal data at its business premises using its own electronic systems or, where applicable, in paper form. If FTEC, spol. s r.o. or its business is acquired by a third party, the personal data held about business partners may form part of the transferred assets. Otherwise, no third party will have access to your personal data unless access is required by law or you have given us permission. We retain your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and for as long as rights arising from that relationship may be exercised. We also retain the data for the statutory period during which public authorities may conduct an inspection—for example for tax or customs purposes—usually for ten years after the business relationship and the related rights of FTEC, spol. s r.o. have ended.
You have the right to request access to your personal data and to request its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. You also have the right to object to processing to the extent provided by the EU General Data Protection Regulation. If you are not satisfied with our proposed resolution, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
