How the Zeolite Rotary Concentrator works:

Exhaust air is passed through a rotating zeolite rotor. In the first section of the rotor, VOCs are adsorbed onto a hydrophobic zeolite adsorbent that efficiently captures pollutants from the air stream. In a subsequent section, the captured VOCs are desorbed by a small stream of heated air. This concentrates the VOCs into a smaller air volume with a higher pollutant concentration, which is then routed to a suitable thermal treatment system. The process allows large air volumes with low VOC concentrations to be concentrated efficiently.
