How direct-fired thermal oxidation works:
Exhaust gas with a high pollutant concentration is fed directly into the oxidation chamber. A high temperature is maintained in the chamber and, together with an optimally selected residence time, ensures complete oxidation of hazardous substances. These are converted into harmless products such as water vapour and carbon dioxide. The process ensures that even exhaust gases with a high explosion risk can be cleaned safely and efficiently.
