Zeolite Rotary Concentrator
This system is ideal for treating large air volumes with low VOC concentrations. Exhaust air passes through a rotating zeolite adsorbent that efficiently captures the VOCs. A small stream of hot air then releases the captured substances in concentrated form, after which they are treated by regenerative thermal oxidation (RTO). This increases overall system efficiency and reduces operating costs.
Activated Carbon Adsorber
The adsorber uses activated carbon to capture VOCs from exhaust air. It is suitable for large air volumes and low pollutant concentrations. The activated carbon is periodically regenerated by a small stream of hot air, enabling continuous operation with low running costs.
Regenerative Thermal Oxidation (RTO)
RTO efficiently removes VOCs after they have been concentrated by a zeolite rotor or directly from exhaust air with higher concentrations. The exhaust air passes through a ceramic heat-storage bed into the oxidation chamber, where VOCs are oxidized at high temperatures. Process heat is recovered and used to preheat the incoming air, increasing energy efficiency.
